Refund Policy

Need to cancel? As long as you notify us in advance, we will refund your payment—minus the cost of any time already spent or supplies already purchased for your project.

If supplies have already been purchased, you may pick them up at no additional charge, or request delivery for a fee. Alternatively, if the materials can easily be repurposed for another project, a refund for those supplies may be issued at the company's discretion.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Harmony Garden Goals as time, incurred expenses, and bank fees may be a consideration. We will do our best to work with you for a fair solution.
